Responsibilities:
- Lead Daily Report & Payment Operations: Complete daily driver ticket reports, post cash receipts, apply payments in QuickBooks, and address discrepancies.
- Manage Accounts Payable: Enter, audit, verify expenses, and process payments in QuickBooks.
- Lead Customer Engagement: Handle incoming calls for orders and general inquiries via email and phone.
- Streamline Company Record Management: Scan, file, and maintain accurate records according to company standards.
- Days: Monday - Friday
- Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Qualifications:
- Experience with QuickBooks and data entry
- General knowledge of standard accounting practices
- Strong multitasking skills
- Experience in customer service
