This is an exciting opportunity to become a part of a fast-paced, innovative manufacturing environment where your expertise will directly contribute to the company's financial health and strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting with a focus on the manufacturing industry, and a proven track record of managing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts. Responsibilities:As an Payable & Receivable Specialist , you will be responsible for:1. Analyzing and interpreting financial data to help the company make well-informed decisions about its business strategy.2. Ensuring the accuracy of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts, and presenting these to management in a clear and concise manner.3. Conducting thorough financial audits and reconciliations to ensure all transactions are recorded correctly and that the company is in compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.4. Providing expert advice to management on matters related to the company's financial health, including cost reduction strategies, profitability analysis, and investment opportunities.5. Assisting in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations.6. Collaborating with other departments to ensure all financial data is captured accurately and in a timely manner.7. Providing training and support to other members of the accounting team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.Qualifications:The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:1. A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field OR experience2. A minimum of 5 years of AP/AR experience4. Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide clear and concise recommendations.6. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.7. Proficiency in using accounting software and other financial management tools.8. A strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate and high-quality work.9. The ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.10. A strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments.11.
