Century Group is hiring: CGP: Accounting Associate in Westlake Village

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Accounting Associate to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $24 to $35 per hour.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform day to day accounting operations, including AP,AR,AR, Payroll
• Responsible for timely and accurate month end close procedures and records
• Accurate and timely account reconciliations
• Process vendor invoices, ensure invoices are paid in a timely manner
• Monitor AP aging reports to determine potential payment issues

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required
• 2-3 years of bookkeeping experience
• Accounts payable experience: 3 way matching experience required
• Proficient in MS Office Excel, accounting software's Oracle, Smart Sheet and Paylocity, is a plus

Experience

• Manufacturing company experience preferred
• Must have strong analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
