Location: Hybrid. Based in Louisville, with regular travel required throughout Kentucky, and neighboring states.
Contract Offered: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hours / Shifts: 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday from 08:30 am to 5:00 pm.
What does the Sales Executive role involve?
This role is responsible for sales and promotion of Randox Toxicology products throughout a wide range of industries, developing business with current customers as well as winning new business. In addition, the successful applicant will:
- To achieve agreed sales targets in a specified geographical region and specified product group within defined operating and financial guidelines
- Promoting the Randox Evidence MultiStat analyzer and consumables
- To develop and maintain an extensive knowledge of Randox products within their designed product group, together with prices and key features of major competitors in their market
- To utilize the Randox CRM system on a daily basis
- Provide reports as required on all sales activities, including follow-ups, new clients, etc
- To complete an acceptable number of customer meetings per week
- To attend product and sales training courses / conferences as necessary to establish and maintain an adequate level of product knowledge, and to keep updated, particularly on new products
- To participate in planning sales campaigns and promotions to maximize sales penetration
- The planning, organization, and attending of scientific meetings, seminars, and exhibitions

Who Can Apply?
This role would suit someone with previous sales experience, or someone who is currently working in a biology environment with a strong desire to join a growing sales team, who possesses excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
Essential Criteria:
- Qualified to at least degree level in a Life Science or Business field
- A valid and clean U.S. driving license, along with access to a vehicle
- A valid right-to-work in the US
Desirable:
- Previous B2B sales experience, preferably within the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology sectors
- Computer literacy in the use and application of Microsoft Office packages
