About the Role:

The Attorney Support PROS Specialist is an integral part of Lathams Attorney Support team. This role will be responsible for directly assisting an assigned group of local attorneys in addition to providing global team support with a variety of administrative responsibilities, while working in a global team environment with a real-time work ticketing system (ServiceNow). This role will be located in our New York. Please note that this role is hybrid flexible, with 4 days in-office and 1 day remote.



Responsibilities & Qualifications:

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Daily time entry, expense reimbursement, calendaring and scheduling, managing/editing documents, and travel arrangements
  • Proactively learning internal systems and processes to find innovative solutions to problems and requests
  • Preserving the confidentiality of ours and our clients protected information
  • Generating, editing, and posting client invoices
  • Creating, editing, and processing bills in 3E in accordance with Firm and client requirements; reviewing proformas, handling subsequent corrections, and e-billing coordination
  • Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains

Wed love to hear from you if you:

  • Display professional communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with attorneys, clients, vendors, and staff throughout the firm
  • Possess the initiative to work both independently and in a team environment with a customer service focus
  • Display the ability to multi-task and adapt to continuously evolving technology platforms

And have:

  • A minimum of three (3) years prior professional experience in a legal or professional services environment

Pay Range:
USD $75,000.00 - USD $95,000.00 /Yr.
