Role: Scrum Master – Loan IQ Location: Irving, TX - 75039 (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week) Position type: 12+ months with high possibility of extension/Conversion as FTE Job Description: Looking for a highly skilled and dynamic Scrum Master to drive forward the Governance of Client’s Loan IQ Implementation. Extensive project management with Agile experience is a pre-requisite, having run governance using Agile practice in a prior role. Role includes managing daily scrum meetings for a cross functional teams sat across regions; issue identification, remediation and escalation; maintenance and improvement of scrum management; leading the improved use of Agile across the team and being responsible for data quality; leveraging data to create and maintain a suite of reports focused on programme delivery/capacity management for all stakeholders to the programme. Key Responsibilities: · Partner with Technology, Operations, and other key partner groups to deliver across key program initiatives and manage the end to end execution throughout the agile lifecycle · Establish a culture of accountability and rigiorous timeline management across key technology and business deliverables · Create and manage best practice scrum meetings across cross functional teams, in order to deliver programme milestones · Drive forward the use of Agile programme management, identifying areas for improvement and consolidating on successes · Establish and maintain a rigorous reporting suite, that provides cross functional partners a clear view of programme capacity and rate of delivery · Lead on the improvement of programme delivery data quality within an Agile framework · Ensure timely project tracking, status reporting and escalation · Partnership with program governance lead to ensure material accurately reflects the current status of the program · Establish strong relationships with stakeholders across Client at all levels, businesses, and locations · Appropriately assess risks when making business decisions, using sound ethical judgment, while complying with both Client policy and applicable laws, rules, and regulations Qualifications and Competencies: · Demonstrable experience as a Scrum Master within a large scale programme · 3+ years experience using Agile programme management · 3+ years experience in Financial Services industry; wholesale lending experience · Loan IQ platform expertise, with strong preference of migration and/or new implementation experience · Excellent oral and written communications skills; must be articulate and persuasive · Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred · Should demonstrate a commitment to quality and attention to detail · Ability to drive change and effectively manage projects and stakeholders · Strong organizational leadership and influencing skills · Proactive, 'no surprises', approach in communicating issues/requests · Capable of prioritizing and multi-tasking in a dynamic environment · Strong business analysis, problem solving and analytical skills · Keen sense of urgency and eagerness for ownership · Works well under pressure and to tight deadlines If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
