POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for reviewing daily reports to determine customer order request, changes and deletions. Work with production supervisors to ensure that schedules are met. Produce a production schedule for operators at each machine. Keep the production plan updated in the SAP system. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Review customer requirements using system generated reports. Communicate with plant personnel & customer contacts for any issues affecting customer deliveries. Produce schedules for operations in assigned areas of responsibility. Schedules are to be five (5) day schedules issued weekly with a daily schedule if needed to set priorities. Review material required to meet schedule. Report any shortages to the materials coordinator. Track and report production schedule adherence performance. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/CRITICAL SKILLS: College degree or equivalent experience. Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time. Ability to use a computer and MS Office software and MSA.
