Responsibilities

• Utilize Accounting Software Systems to process customer credit applications with precision and efficiency

• Maintain and update customer credit records using ADP - Financial Services

• Address and resolve customer inquiries using CRM

• Generate reports using Crystal Reports to assist with data analysis and decision-making

• Apply Data Mining Techniques to extract valuable information from large volumes of data

• Carry out Accounting Functions to ensure financial accuracy
