Required Skills:

1. Requirements definition and traceability
2. 5+ years of experience
3. 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with data and systems analysis
4. Served as “lead” BSA on multiple project lifecycles; significant experience in the industry (3+ years)
5. QA and testing phase experience
6. 5+ years of project experience in the quality assurance and testing phases
7. Significant experience (2+ years) as BSA within Capital One
8. Deep knowledge of diverse technologies and current architectures
9. Skills in object, data, and/or process modeling, business process design (5+ years)
10. Excellent strategic application of experience
11. Demonstrated experience leading requirements, data, and systems analysis
12. 3+ years experience with COTS implementations
13. Outstanding negotiation, facilitation, and consensus-building skills
14. Ability to effectively communicate across multiple levels (Executive Sponsors to team members)
15. Ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical individuals
