Job Description
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a skilled and experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in stamping, tool and die, and fixture design. This role involves designing, developing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop stamping processes, tools, dies, and fixtures to meet production requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are manufacturable and meet quality standards.
Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for new and existing manufacturing processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to stamping, tooling, and fixtures.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and reduce waste.
Create and maintain detailed documentation, including CAD drawings, process flow diagrams, and work instructions.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Train and support production staff on the use of new tools, dies, and fixtures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in stamping, tool and die, and fixture design.
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
