Virtual is hiring: Interim Controller - Manufacturing in Phoenix

Vaco has partnered with a leading company that is seeking an experienced Interim Controller. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of GAAP, excellent leadership skills, and manufacturing industry experience.  

Responsibilities include: 

• Provide leadership and guidance to the accounting team and oversee day-to-day operations 

• Collaborate with executive leadership on financial planning and decision-making 

• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards 

• Ad hoc projects as requested from leadership 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 

• CPA license required 

• Manufacturing industry experience required; aviation/aerospace industry preferred 

• Proven experience as a Controller and strong knowledge of GAAP and reporting requirements 

• Commitment to duration and needs of project
