Job Description
Job Title: Administrative Tax Coordinator
Location: Richmond, VA (Onsite)
Type: Temporary (through May 2025)
Job Summary: Our client is seeking a dedicated Administrative Tax Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations and assisting external clients with their tax filing responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide phone coverage and a broad range of administrative support services.
Assist external clients with understanding and executing their tax filing responsibilities.
Update, process, and deliver all client documents according to Firm SOPs.
Ensure all tax filing deadlines are met by monitoring due date reports and submitting tax filings to government authorities.
Maintain accuracy of client information and workflow status through data entry and routine systems cleanups.
Schedule and assign tax projects to tax preparers.
Requirements:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience and understanding of tax documents etc.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $23.00 per hour
