Job Description

Are you ready to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced distribution center? We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to take charge of our Brookshire facility! In this role, you'll drive the operations for order fulfillment, product handling, inventory management, and on-time delivery to customers.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and inspire your team to meet productivity, quality, and safety goals
• Oversee all aspects of product storage, allocation, and shipments
• Optimize resources and workflows to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain a safe, compliant workplace aligned with OSHA, DOT, and Hazmat standards
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/5S, Quality, Safety, etc.)

What You'll Bring:

• Minimum 3 years in operations or warehouse supervision
• Strong leadership and communication skills (Spanish a plus)
• Familiarity with MS Office and basic project management
• Texas Driver's License
