We are seeking individuals like you for our client in Tempe, AZ as a Warehouse Supervisor!

Position: Warehouse Supervisor!
Location: Tempe, AZ!
Shift: Mon - Sat 4 am - 12 pm

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, lead, direct shipping and receiving activities on the shift and give appropriate feedback to
employees.
Develop a work environment within warehouse/manufacturing that promotes safety, trust, teamwork, quality, and efficiency.
Ensure production of a quality product in compliance with Safeway, Federal and State
guidelines.
Oversee activities including ordering, processing, packaging, sanitation, shipping, and receiving of all plant products and services.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor's degree ( Food Science, Biology, Microbiology or related science) or equivalent experience (Minimum 2 years in similar role)
1-5 years in a warehouse /production environment with industry experience.
Ability to supervise and develop employees, a strong leadership background, and the ability to
direct a diverse unionized workforce.
Must be reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Working knowledge of MS applications including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft
Excel, and PowerPoint, and ability to grasp additional business-related applications.
Flexible with schedule and ability to work overtime as needed.
