To learn more about Mission Technologies, click here for a short video: https://vimeo.com/732533072 Summary This CONTINGENT key position will support HII-NNS CVN in-service project team in Bremerton, WA as a Quality Management System (QMS) Control Analyst supporting maintenance and modernization of aircraft carriers. This role is contingent upon being awarded the contract. What You Will Do Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Be the internal Training POC. Act as Test and Inspection Plans (TIP) Coordinator. Identify known / potential quality project risks. Engage with customers (PSNS, CNAP, US Navy) in meetings and discussions to discuss ongoing work, coordination, and issues. Ensure a safe and healthy work environment in compliance with the applicable local and federal regulations. What You Must Have 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience. Must have experience working in a Shipyard environment. Experience supporting CVN Projects with a full understanding of CVN maintenance operations. Must have experience developing, maintaining, and updating QMS in accordance with ISO 9001 and 009-04 NAVSEA Standard Items. Must have experience scheduling and conducting internal audits and audits on sub-contractors. Preparing Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms) for all corrective actions. Must have experience generating and providing detailed trend analysis to support Program Manager decisions to keep CVN projects on schedule. Must have experience scheduling and overseeing checkpoints ensuring preliminary checks were accomplished and documentation is completed and accurate. Experience conducting shipboard inspections and test observations of work completed and in process to ensure all facets of work performed met applicable quality standards, requirements, and specifications. Experience recommending training to enhance skill and productivity of staff and assisting in developing training procedures. Must have experience complying with all technical aspects of the job including adherence to drawings, procedures, and safety standards. Must be able to ensure compliance with QMS, SOPs, and SWPs related to assigned projects and developed project POA&Ms. Must be knowledgeable of NAVSEA Standard Item requirements. Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security clearance. Must be able to obtain and maintain base and ships access. Preferred: Bonus Points For A current, active DoD Secret Security Clearance or higher. Physical Requirements May require working in an office, industrial, shipboard, or laboratory environment.
