Job Description
  • Project Leadership: Supervise public projects, including town halls, fire stations, DPWs, and libraries, typically valued up to $35M.
  • Scheduling & Technology: Utilize scheduling tools (Primavera P6, Procore, Microsoft Project) to manage timelines and ensure critical path milestones are met.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate closely with project teams to maintain efficient communication and ensure project progression.
  • On-site Management: Provide hands-on site management to meet project goals, maintain schedule adherence, and ensure quality and safety standards.

The Successful Applicant
  • Experience: 5+ years in a superintendent role, with a focus on public sector projects up to $35M.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Primavera P6, Procore, and Microsoft Project is highly preferred.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong critical path scheduling and technical skills, with a proactive approach to overcoming scheduling challenges.
  • Tech-Savvy: Ready to embrace technology solutions for schedule and process optimization.
