Senior Analyst - Pricing

Location: Hybrid/Mosel/Kohler, WI

Rehlko is seeking a dynamic and analytical Senior Pricing Analyst, to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and implementing pricing strategies that maximize profitability and market share. Your focus will be on data-driven decision-making, analyzing market trends, competitive pricing, and customer behavior to inform strategic pricing initiatives.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify pricing trends, patterns, and opportunities. Utilize statistical and analytical tools to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Pricing Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop pricing strategies that align with business goals and market conditions. Implement pricing models that optimize revenue and profitability.
  • Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to understand industry trends, competitive pricing, and customer preferences. Provide insights and recommendations based on findings.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor pricing performance and effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and adjustment. Prepare regular reports and presentations for management on pricing trends and results.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and product development teams to ensure pricing strategies are integrated with overall business strategies.
  • Scenario Analysis: Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to evaluate the potential impact of pricing changes on revenue and profitability.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry best practices, new tools, and technologies for pricing analysis and data management. Recommend and implement process improvements.
Skills/Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, financial analysis, marketing analysis or related
  • Some proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau or similar data visualization tools
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven recommendations clearly and persuasively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

The salary range for this position is $76050 - $96050. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
