    • Establish a forward-thinking design framework that integrates data visualization and AI-driven interactions into intuitive user experiences.
    • Product Design Excellence:
    • Lead the design of features for data ingestion, transformation, visualization, and AI-powered analytics and story telling, focusing on usability and performance.
    • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that translate complex workflows into simple, elegant experiences.
    • Ensure consistent application of design principles across the platform, delivering scalable, user-friendly, and visually compelling solutions.
    • AI & Data Visualization Innovation:
    • Design AI-driven interfaces that surface actionable insights for brands in real time.
    • Innovate on data visualization techniques to present complex datasets in ways that are accessible and meaningful to users.
    • Ensure the platform meets enterprise-grade usability, accessibility, and compliance standards.
    • Hands-On Product Design:
    • Actively design and deliver wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals, contributing directly to product features from concept to implementation.
    • Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams, embedding yourself in the workflow to ensure design intent is carried through to execution.
    • Maintain direct responsibility for the quality of design deliverables, ensuring usability, performance, and visual excellence.
    • Stakeholder & Customer Engagement:
    • Work closely with stakeholders across sales, customer success and marketing to understand user feedback and incorporate it into the design process.
    • Serve as an advocate for the user, ensuring their needs are represented in all product discussions.
    • Regularly present design concepts and solutions to internal teams and external customers to gather feedback and validate assumptions.
    • Metrics & Design Performance:
    • Define and track design-specific KPIs to measure the success of features and overall user experience.
    • Use data and user research to iterate on designs, continuously improving usability, adoption, and engagement.
What you bring to the role:
