JK Executive Strategies has partnered exclusively with *Baldwin Richardson Foods* (BRF), in its search for a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Macedon, NY. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will independently drive the full-cycle process of incoming talent to Baldwin Richardson Foods by partnering with key stakeholders to deliver top talent in a competitive marketplace and in accordance with BRF's CARE Values. This will be accomplished through the development of strong internal partnerships, as well as continuous education and understanding of the external talent market and its constraints. This role's focus will be focused on the full spectrum of production, production support and professional roles.

BRF has strong supply relationships with some of the world's largest Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), and Food Service customers. The Company also manufactures and markets Mrs. Richardson's Ice Cream Toppings and Nance's Mustards and Condiments. To enable continued growth, they have kicked off a company-wide transformation, touching everything from the way they look for and at commercial opportunities to the way they manufacture and deliver products for their existing customers.

Responsibilities
  • Directly source talent, via job ads, direct souring, and creating pipeline activities through community and social media engagement, for a wide variety of open roles within the organization.
  • Through a variety of methods, and collaboratively within HR and other functions, work to enhance BRF's employer brand awareness and reputation in the internal and external talent marketplace.
  • Continuously develop a strong understanding of the overall business and therefore it's needs as related to talent.
  • Act as SME for hiring managers in talent acquisition best practices.
  • Responsible for quality of the prospective candidates that are presented to the hiring managers for open requisitions. Will own relationship with candidate from application through start date.
  • Form relationships with hiring managers and leadership to understand the recruiting business needs and required skills. Through partnership to leaders be able to offer consultancy services on market, salary, talent availability, job description language and title.
  • Manage the candidate pipeline by implementing effective sourcing strategies.
  • Ensure all talent related internal and external communication, documents and information are up to date, professional and consistent with driving a positive BRF brand image.
  • Engage in talent development and management projects which enhance the talent brand, create candidate pipeline, develop the skills of our leadership and standardize our TA processes.
  • In partnership with Talent Acquisition team, regularly evaluate recruiting sourcing and avenues and adjust as necessary.
  • Adhere to and participate in continuous development of talent acquisition processes at BRF.
  • Meet assigned talent acquisition metrics, such as time to fill and Level of Service (LOS).
Requirements
  • A minimum of three (3) years of talent acquisition experience across a broad variety of roles from entry level individual contributor to senior leadership, including technical functions.
  • Bachelor's in human resources, Business, Marketing or related preferred.
  • Proven experience developing strong partnerships with leaders to coach, counsel, and support through a successful hiring experience.
  • Experience identifying and managing relationship and KPIs for third-party sourcing partners.
  • Prior internal recruiting experience.
  • Experience using a variety of recruiting tools including applicant tracking systems (ATS), social media and sourcing tools.
  • Must have initiative to think critically about development, and implementation of, new programs to support the growth of the business through acquisition of talent.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and engage across all levels of the organization.
  • A pro-active, high-energy attitude, geared towards achieving continuous improvement Well versed in data analysis processes.
  • Able to work autonomously as a strong, independent, critical-thinker and decision-maker.
  • Ability to recruit of talent and align talent initiatives with organization's strategic goals.
  • Blend of strategic/creative problem solving, and tactical actions applied to issues at hand.
  • Ability to independently prioritize and juggle multiple matters at once.
  • Comprehensive understanding of a variety of HR processes and best practices.
  • Able to maintain the utmost in confidentiality and confidence of organization.
  • Track record of excellence, ability to drive change and deliver results.

Salary Range
  • Hourly Rate: $35-45/hr.
  • Contract terms: 6 months
