Requirement:
• 10+ years of Infrastructure and Solution design experience
• 10+ years of expert/lead technical experience
• 10+ years of proven experience as a technical manager, leading technical staff through business-critical operations.
• Proven experience working on projects/issues of high complexity that require in-depth knowledge across multiple technical areas
• Proven experience mentoring technical supervisor and support engineers.
• Proven experience with providing cost and benefit analysis on technology roadmaps
• Ability to coordinate numerous project teams and effectively conduct the initiative to meet overall objectives
• Shall have proven experience in researching, planning and developing technology road maps.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
• Excellent leadership and negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Skills:
• Experience working with technical programming teams
• Take charge, can-do attitude
• Negotiations, mediation skills
• Facilitation skills
