Job Overview Komatsu Longview Operations is seeking an experienced ISO Compliance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our services, processes, and systems meet both internal and regulatory standards. Key Job Responsibilities Conduct thorough evaluations to ensure services, processes, and systems meet internal and regulatory standards. Draft and review technical documents, ensuring alignment with ISO 9001:2015 standards and organizational processes. Build strategic partnerships and collaborate with various departments to implement and enhance quality management systems. Ensure the promotion and awareness of the management system and legal requirements throughout the site for ISO 9001 and ISO 45001. Coordinate, conduct, and assist with ISO training. Oversee the Internal Audit Scheduling and internal auditing program. Assist with internal auditing. Coordinate and assist in root cause analysis using various tools and methodologies to avoid future and recurring non-conformances. Coordinate corrective actions including data follow-up. Follow up on all ISO non-conformance corrective actions. Report and recommend corrective actions for any ISO issues. Provide technical advice and support for ISO compliance. Ensure all responsible parties document corrective actions on time. Verify implementation of corrective actions according to schedule. Follow up preventive action for effectiveness. Assist with the generation of compliance reports, including statistical data on management system performance, established objective tracking, key performance indicators, and informative OHS and QMS data, which is used as a basis for improvement. Qualifications/Requirements Previous experience in ISO Lead auditing and demonstrated experience interfacing with quality system registrars. 9001 and 45001 External Lead Auditor Certification. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, welding codes, or governmental regulations. Experience with SAP. Formal RCA training. Bachelor’s degree in business, management, psychology, or related field. 5+ years of experience in manufacturing. 3+ years of experience in ISO Management Systems. Good communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
