Inteva Quality Engineering Interns get the chance to learn about Quality Engineering's role in supporting a manufacturing company, gain hands-on experience, and work on meaningful projects that make an impact. The intern in this role will work with the Quality Engineering team out of Inteva's Technical Center in Vandalia, OH.

This is a full-time internship position during the spring semester (April 2025 - June 2025).

What will you get to work on?
  • Dimensional verification, check fixture development, first piece inspections, process control plan development, gage repeatability studies
  • Potential travel to customers, suppliers and other Inteva facilities
  • Learn and implement multiple manufacturing processes
  • Work in manufacturing plants and development lab facilities
  • Hands on part building
  • Be a member of a development team who is working on new products
  • Vandalia Site recognized yearly as one of the best places to work in Ohio by industry rating groups
Position Requirements

Requirements for this internship:
  • Currently enrolled student pursuing a bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or related Engineering with a 3.0 GPA or higher
  • Self motivated
  • Good Oral and Written Communication Skills
  • Demonstrate basic technical ability
  • Interpersonal skills, working effectively with a team
  • Effective problem solving skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Some analytical ability where problems are not difficult or complex
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks for multiple projects


Education Requirement
Currently enrolled student pursuing a bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or related Engineering with a 3.0 GPA or higher
