Summary Job title: Quotations Specialist - Switchgear Job ID: 202465500016 Department: Sacramento - CONTR Location: CA-Sacramento Description Summary: The Quotations Specialist – Switchgear works closely with our Sales Team & Customers to quote and coordinate pre-bid takeoffs. The position is customer-facing and requires great customer service skills as well as technical expertise. Quotations Specialist will be soliciting pricing from vendors and multi-tasking multiple project bid opportunities. Reports to: Management Minimum Qualifications: A minimum of one year of customer service experience Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems Familiarity with Office Suite software Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Construction management or related field Working Conditions: Working conditions will be standard for an office environment & warehouse. Supervisory Responsibilities: No Essential Job Functions: Provide outstanding customer service through communication skills and technical ability.
