Job Summary: The Junior Sales Manager plays a crucial role in driving business growth for Parking Management Company (PMC). This position requires a motivated individual with strong sales skills, a passion for the industry, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Prospecting: Research and identify potential sales leads and
Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Pipeline Management: Work with leadership to grow the sales pipeline and consistently meet revenue goals.
  • Sales Strategies and Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts, and provide support to ensure the sales team meets targets.
  • Sales Execution: Execute sales and marketing strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Market Analysis and Reporting: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities. Track and report on sales activities, goals, and results using Customer Relationship Management software.
  • Account Management: Secure new accounts and maintain existing ones, while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Plan and implement sales efforts for short- and long-term goals in assigned regions.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Manage client data in Zoho CRM and prepare sales pipeline reports.
  • Networking: Attend and participate in networking events on behalf of PMC.
  • Revenue Enhancement: Identify opportunities to increase revenue through additional services and cross-selling.
  • Community Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with local community groups, associations, and organizations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead discussions in sales meetings and ensure timely follow-up on contracts and proposals.
  • Client Communication and Relations: Regularly communicate with clients as per a predetermined schedule. Build and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to develop market-competitive programs that align with company strategy.
  • Company Support: Support the implementation of company initiatives and processes.

Travel Requirement

Must be available to travel across the territory on a rotating basis (15-50%, depending on business needs), particularly during new account openings and prospecting visits.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related discipline, OR 5+ years of sales experience in hospitality, healthcare, or the parking industry.

Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Experience with CRM software (Zoho preferred)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong team-building and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to take responsibility and act independently
  • Collaborative mindset
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass background checks
  • Use of personal cell phones may be required for work purposes.
