Job Summary: The Junior Sales Manager plays a crucial role in driving business growth for Parking Management Company (PMC). This position requires a motivated individual with strong sales skills, a passion for the industry, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Prospecting: Research and identify potential sales leads and
- Pipeline Management: Work with leadership to grow the sales pipeline and consistently meet revenue goals.
- Sales Strategies and Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts, and provide support to ensure the sales team meets targets.
- Sales Execution: Execute sales and marketing strategies to maximize profitability.
- Market Analysis and Reporting: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities. Track and report on sales activities, goals, and results using Customer Relationship Management software.
- Account Management: Secure new accounts and maintain existing ones, while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Plan and implement sales efforts for short- and long-term goals in assigned regions.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Manage client data in Zoho CRM and prepare sales pipeline reports.
- Networking: Attend and participate in networking events on behalf of PMC.
- Revenue Enhancement: Identify opportunities to increase revenue through additional services and cross-selling.
- Community Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with local community groups, associations, and organizations.
- Team Leadership: Lead discussions in sales meetings and ensure timely follow-up on contracts and proposals.
- Client Communication and Relations: Regularly communicate with clients as per a predetermined schedule. Build and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to develop market-competitive programs that align with company strategy.
- Company Support: Support the implementation of company initiatives and processes.
