Summary The People Team Internship will allow the successful candidate to greatly enhance their real-life experiences and learn modern skillsets within the field that they are studying. It is an outstanding opportunity to get hands-on experience Responsibilities Assist in team building event development and planning Assist in new hire onboarding planning and phone screening activities Assist answering basic employee questions and directing employee to the correct HR contact Support digitalization and organization of employee files Administrative duties such as filing, and data entry. Assist with project work focusing on understanding turnover in a manufacturing environment Assist with project work around employee recognition programs in a manufacturing environment Other duties as assigned Requirements Enrolled in Bachelor’s degree program in Engineering, Food Science, Business or related field Possesses interest in working food manufacturing Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment Ability to apply analytical and problem-solving skills Students with a minimum of one year of major specific classes, preferred Ability to work in a plant environment with exposure to loud, hot, cold, or wet environments Ability to sit, stand, walk and climb stairs for eight hours per day About Us Chobani is a food maker with a mission of making high-quality and nutritious food accessible to more people, while elevating our communities and making the world a healthier place.
