Springs Window Fashions is hiring a Senior HRIS Analyst based in our Middleton, WI Corporate Headquarters

This is a hybrid role with 3 days each week in the office, 2 days each week can be remote. 

Fully remote is not an option.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HRIS Analyst to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of prior experience in HRIS, with a strong preference for those with expertise in ADP. The Senior HRIS Analyst will play a critical role in the ongoing maintenance, optimization, and administration of our HR systems, ensuring they align with organizational objectives and support HR initiatives.

System Management & Maintenance:

  • Oversee the day-to-day management and administration of HR systems, including system configuration, integration with other programs, and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security.
  • Perform regular system audits and make recommendations for process improvements.
  • Collaborate with IT and HR teams to implement system upgrades and enhancements.
  • Utilize ADP and UKG systems to manage HRIS functions and resolve issues.

System Implementation & Optimization:

  • Lead or participate in the implementation of new modules, upgrades, and integrations within the HRIS.
  • Work closely with IT and external vendors to ensure seamless system functionality and performance.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through system enhancements and automation.
  • Act as a liaison between HR, IT, and vendors to manage system improvements and resolve issues.
  • Gather and document business requirements for system modifications and new features.
  • Test system changes and ensures they meet business needs and compliance requirements.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Develop, generate, and maintain a variety of HR reports and dashboards to support business needs.
  • Provide insights and analytics to HR and leadership teams to aid in decision-making.
  • Monitor HR metrics and KPIs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop, generate, and distribute standard and ad-hoc HR reports to support decision-making and compliance.
  • Perform in-depth analysis of HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform HR strategies and decisions.
  • Create dashboards and visualizations that clearly communicate key HR metrics to stakeholders.

User Support & Training:

  • Provide ongoing support to HRIS users, troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions.
  • Develop and deliver training programs and materials for end-users, ensuring effective utilization of HR systems.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on HR systems, advising HR team members and other stakeholders.
  • Provide training and support to HR team members on HRIS functionalities and reporting tools.
  • Address and resolve user issues related to the HRIS and reporting systems.

Compliance & Security:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant data privacy laws and regulations.
  • Manage user access and security roles within the HRIS, ensuring appropriate levels of access.
  • Work with the legal and compliance teams to ensure systems meet all regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure HRIS and reporting practices comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain data security and confidentiality standards.

Project Management:

  • Lead HRIS-related projects, from planning and development to implementation and post-implementation support.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Payroll, and Finance, to achieve project objectives.
  • Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring successful project outcomes.
Requirements

Eductation and Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS, with a strong preference for experience in ADP.
  • Proven experience in system administration, implementation, and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data management.

  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, with expertise in SuccessFactors and ADP.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage large data sets.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in HRIS systems (ADP is highly desirable)
  • Experience in system integration and migration projects.
  • Knowledge of data privacy laws and HR compliance requirements.
