As Event Person, you'll set up, break down, and service all banquet rooms in accordance with customer contracts and MotorCity's high standards of quality.
Requirements:
- One year experience in a fast-paced hotel environment.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Knowledge of various types of equipment and set up styles used in Banquet functions.
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment on a continuous basis throughout the shift.
- Ability to carry out specific oral and written instructions.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
