Job Summary: Works under the guidance and mentorship within the Human Resources Department in support of the day to day tasks involving; record keeping, customer service, data entry, as well support of Human Resources processes and procedures.

Hourly Rate: $15.00 per hour
Work Week: Less than 15 hours
Benefits: There are no benefits associated with this position

Job Qualifications/Requirements::

1. Must meet one of the three qualifications:
   1. High School Diploma, or GED equivalent
   2. Associate's degree or higher;
   3. Completion of two years of higher education (at least 48 semester hours) or the equivalent.
2. Must be currently enrolled in a UAF College of Business and Security Management program.
3. Strong oral and written English Communication skills.
4. Must be competent in the use of computer word processing software and have experience using email calendar applications.
5. Must have the ability to interact with others in a courteous and tactful manner.
