We are in search of an Electrical Superintendent to steer intricate, large-scale projects with expertise, accuracy, and an unwavering dedication to perfection. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient, safe, profitable, and top-tier quality completion of every project. Responsibilities: What You’ll Do As an Electrical Superintendent, you’ll be at the forefront of our projects, ensuring success through leadership, coordination, and problem-solving. Key responsibilities include: • Site Leadership: Supervise construction site operations and provide clear direction to foremen, subcontractors, and teams. • Project Coordination: Plan, organize, and direct activities to ensure timely completion of projects within scope and budget. • Team Development: Mentor and manage team members, fostering a culture of growth and accountability. • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve construction challenges, from material shortages to schedule slippage. • Safety Advocacy: Champion safety programs, ensure OSHA compliance and promote a secure working environment. • Quality Control: Oversee installations to meet NEC, city codes, and engineering standards while maintaining rigorous QA/QC processes. Qualifications: What Will Make you Standout You’re not just an expert in electrical construction—you’re a leader who thrives on challenges and is passionate about teamwork. Ideal candidates will have: • A Texas Journeyman or Master Electrician license. • 5+ years of field experience and at least 3 years in a superintendent role overseeing projects of $3–$5 million+ with teams of 10–15. • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word ; experience with Accubid or ConEst is a plus. • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills. • A commitment to safety and the ability to work in dynamic environments, including outdoor and physically demanding conditions. • A valid state-issued driver’s license is a must. • Successful completion of a background check and drug screen is necessary. • An acceptable motor vehicle record is required. • Previous supervisory experience is a prerequisite. • Familiarity with the National Electrical Code and calculations is essential. • Knowledge of Bluebeam is advantageous. • The ability to interpret and comprehend engineering drawings is required. • Proficiency in utilizing MS Office products is vital. • Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers is crucial. • Attention to detail is a must. • Proficiency in manpower time management is necessary. • A proactive approach to process improvement is valued. • Customer empathy and problem-solving skills are essential qualities for this role. Compensation: $38 - $50 hourly
