As an HR Systems Analyst, you\'ll play a crucial role in administering, configuring, and optimizing our HR software systems to support our business strategies and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: * Serve as the administrator for the various Human Resource applications and technology solutions by maintaining data integrity, configuring the software to support identified changes and ensuring system security. * Coordinate and lead system upgrades and releases, research new functionality, features and coordinate configuration, testing, implementation and post validation. * Evaluate needs and recommend changes for additional features that will enhance or streamline workflow processes while ensuring data quality to align to business strategies and supports continuous improvement through process improvements. * Collaborate with key stakeholders in designing and developing reports, dashboards and data analytics. Provides ongoing and ad-hoc analysis and data reporting relating to various HR metrics and regulatory filings. * Manage vendor interfaces and ensure the confidentiality and accuracy of HR data. * Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to users. * Mentor and train users, developing support materials and training programs. Work Schedule and Location: This is a full-time, exempt level position working core hours between 8:00 am 5:00 pm CST, Monday Friday, with additional hours as needed. This role has the flexibility to work out of Royal Credit Union\'s White Bear Lake, MN office or Royal\'s Corporate Center in Eau Claire, WI and is eligible for partially remote work following an onboarding period and contingent upon performance. Compensation: \$71,427.20 - \$82,139.20 (candidates with significant related experience may be higher) The pay range shown represents the Chippewa Valley (Eau Claire, WI) pay range for this role. Your pay is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience. Training: * Prior to starting a normal work schedule, new Royal team members must attend Foundation Training at our Corporate Center in Eau Claire, WI from 9:00am - 4:30pm on Monday and Tuesday during their first week of employment. Out of town learners will be reimbursed costs related to travel and lodging. * Foundation Training covers fundamental information about Royal\'s culture and core values which sets the stage for team members to be successful within our organization. * In addition, this position is part of Royal\'s workplace flexibility program and can be hybrid after training and being proficient in the position, which is typically the first 6-9 months in the role. Candidates must be able to commit to the first 6-9 months being in-person. Please Note: We reserve the right to extend the training time in office as necessary. Equal Opportunity Employer-minorities/females/veterans/individuals with disabilities/sexual orientation/gender dentity ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Required Education/Experience/Skills: * Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. * Minimum of three (3) years\' experience in HR systems administration. * Experience with data analytics, including extracting, analyzing, interpreting data and creating customized reports Experience with system integration, automation, and creating reports. * Experience integrating data to/from third party systems.
