Summary You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the ASSISTANT REGIONAL ENGINEER OFFICE of COMNAVREG MIDLANT NORFOLK. Responsibilities You will advise an organization on cost review analysis, studies, and projects. You will conduct studies to identify and resolve problems affecting program requirements You will consolidate business or financial information to prepare a portfolio view of program data for manager review. You will analyze productivity, effectiveness, or efficiency of program operations to recommend process improvements. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following facilities management operations duties: 1 ) Applying analytical and evaluative methods and techniques to issues or studies to determine the efficiency and effectiveness and develop recommendations for improvements of infrastructure program operations (Base Operating Support (BOS) and Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (SRM) programs (Facilities Management, Facilities Services, Facilities Investments, Utilities, Transportation, Facilities Sustainment and Repair); 2) Reviewing Statements of Work, Contract Line Item Numbers, and government estimates for completeness; 3) Conducting analytical studies, trend analyses, or other financial data research to verify accuracy of data and reports; and 4) Entering the correct line of accounting for the type of work for which the funds are requested.
