What You'll Do The Compensation Intern provides compensation insights, analytical, reporting, and content support in partnership with the Compensation Team members and participates in the implementation and administration of compensation programs and policies to recruit and retain top talent and to support T-Mobile's business strategy. Key Responsibilities Ad-hoc compensation reporting and insights, improving current processes and tools, developing new reports, tools, dashboards, etc. Performs ad hoc compensation analysis, reports, recommendations, and data audits as requested by compensation leaders Assists with compensation operation and process improvement and analyze existing processes and historical data to resolve ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of service delivery Supports the development and testing of new tools, dashboards, and analytics for the Compensation team Minimum Qualifications At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States Must have graduated within the last 12-months, OR be actively enrolled in a Bachelors or Graduate degree program Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for Internships Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education. Relocation assistance may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location. Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on experience/location. Never stop growing!
