Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Administrator to oversee and ensure the successful delivery of US Federal government, commercial and international contractual agreements for our product lines. This role is critical in managing contracts, aligning cross-functional teams, and meeting contractual requirements. The Contract Administrator will collaborate closely with Business Development, Finance, Legal, Product, and Engineering teams to manage contract terms, ensure timely delivery, and maintain compliance with all contractual objectives. This role will report to the Director of Products and operate within the Product/Program Management Office (PMO).
Responsibilities:
- Contract Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of contracts, reviewing terms and conditions to address provisions and risks of financial terms, acceptance criteria, delivery requirements, warranty, intellectual property, termination provisions, indemnification and all other potential risk areas. Provide recommendations for risk mitigation strategies.
- Contract Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to all contractual requirements by managing, contributing to, and submitting deliverables; managing invoices; providing detailed reports to stakeholders for accountability; and ensuring seamless execution of contract activities.
- Scope & Change Management: Manage contract amendments and scope changes, ensuring they are documented and aligned with overall contractual commitments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate efforts across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, operations, and Business Development (BD) to ensure all deliverables are met in accordance with contractual agreements.
- Work onsite 4-5 days per week out of our office in Los Angeles, California.
- Travel up to 10% as needed.
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of experience in contracts management, preferably in a fast-paced or dynamic environment
- Working knowledge of FAR/DFARS
- Working knowledge of export control requirements such as ITAR and EAR compliance
- Working knowledge of US Government acquisition processes and contracting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel and PowerPoint), and Adobe Acrobat
- Aerospace/Defense Industry experience
- Ability to work on-site 4-5 days per week
- Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident of the U.S.
- Commercial or military experience working with radar, air defense, special forces, and/or electronic warfare systems
- Proposal management experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance

Salary Range: $130,000 - $150,000
The stated compensation range reflects only the targeted base compensation range and excludes additional earnings such as bonus, equity, and benefits.
