Job Title: Human Resources Intern
Duration: Part-time, during the school year
Position Overview:
As a Human Resources Intern, you will support the HR team in various administrative and operational tasks. You will have the opportunity to learn about key HR functions such as recruitment, operations, and payroll processing. This internship is ideal for undergraduate students pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support scheduling for the HR Team
- Responsible for mail, FedExing, and distribution of mail
- Assist with the new hire onboarding process
- Organization of the HR files
- Scan files/documents
- Prepare and ship materials for HR events
- Research HR policies and procedures for best practices
- Maintain inventory
- Scanning and electronic filing of HR and payroll documents,
- Completed at least two or three years of full-time enrollment (minimum 12 credit hours per semester) in a Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field with anticipated graduation of year 2026
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A proactive, positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of HR
