About the Role:

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving our recruiting success across the organization. You will be responsible for developing local and national recruitment strategies, employing innovative techniques, and creating impactful hiring initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment efforts, from job posting and advertising to extending offers and onboarding.
  • Partner with leadership to set recruiting goals and provide guidance on effective hiring practices.
  • Utilize ATS, social media, and other resources to identify, screen, and qualify top candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews, create behavior-based interview questions, and perform reference checks.
  • Lead college and university relations initiatives, building pipelines of emerging leaders and attending career events to promote the IP Corporation brand.
  • Prepare recruitment reports, analyze metrics, and continuously improve recruitment efficiency.
  • Act as a candidate advocate, maintaining positive relationships throughout the hiring process.
What You Bring:

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Associate's Degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's Degree.
  • At least 1 year of full-lifecycle recruitment experience.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Strong sourcing and candidate relationship-building skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with high-volume or multi-site recruiting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and HRIS.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • A proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer.
  • Ability to travel for recruitment events and career fairs as needed.
  • Occasionally lifting up to 30 lbs.
