Intern Job Description:
Partnerships (aka sponsorships) are crucial revenue generators for the Hot Rods all year long. Our partnership contracts are filled with unique advertising, promotions, memorable experiences, and unsurpassed customer service. For the General Manager and Corporate Partnerships Manager, a top priority is to retain our partners for the long-term and ensure that their contracted assets will be used and their experience first-class.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Office duties:
- Partnership fulfillment - ensure that partnership contractual elements are fulfilled
- Organization - assist in keeping partnership promotional inventory and gameday programs orderly and up-to-date
- Support - build and maintain inventory of partner promotion items, along with the Promotions team
- Promotions Tracking - collect pertinent information about sponsor promotions/giveaways at the ballpark, including a number of giveaways, attendance, PA reads, videoboard recognition
- Photo Inventory - assist with the organization and tagging of photos from previous games into the correct sponsor folders for easy access during annual report process, keep a running list of the photos captured for each sponsor as well as outstanding photos that need to be captured
- VIP Treatment - take sponsor guests on VIP tours as requested
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Promo Inventory - ensure promotional items, redeemable inside the stadium, are stocked and organized at the customer service kiosk
- Partner Gifts - distribute any partner gifts to hospitality areas pre-game, as needed
- Assist with tarp pulls and stadium pickup as needed
- Assist with any in-game Sponsor promotions or presentations
- Other responsibilities as needed
- The ability to work nights and weekends during the Hot Rods' 2025 season.
- Previous experience working in sports is a plus. No experience necessary.

- There will be numerous times throughout this internship when you will be participating in community appearances. Some appearances will require you to escort our mascots, some appearances you will be required to wear the mascot suit. Can you handle this and is it something you feel you'd do well?
