Electrical Superintendent

Selectek is currently looking for a Superintendent electrical construction experience to manage jobs in Georgia. Summary: The superintendent must have knowledge of the electrical industry and know about underground and services Gear. They will work on 2 – 4 projects at time. They will be on the road except on day a week. They are required to be in the office that day. Job Duties Review Scope, plan and layout of projects Review permits, submittals, service gear cut sheets, lighting packages Work with the General contractor and the Project manager to ensure the projects    schedules are realistic Attend weekly jobsite meeting to ensure scheduling, materials, production and safety Identify staffing needs and coordinate with senior management for crew coordination.  Identity the needs for foreman, electrician and helpers, and start the hiring process. Daily and weekly paperwork – Project cycle counts, material controls, timesheets, punch lists Coordinate inspections Required: 3 plus years of work experience as a Superintendent in construction for commercial and electrical industry. Organized and detailed oriented Excellent communication skills Review Scope, plan and layout of projects Review permits, submittals, service gear cut sheets, lighting packages Work with the General contractor and the Project manager to ensure the projects    schedules are realistic Attend weekly jobsite meeting to ensure scheduling, materials, production and safety Identify staffing needs and coordinate with senior management for crew coordination.  Identity the needs for foreman, electrician and helpers, and start the hiring process.
