Job Description

The Lead Superintendent is responsible for:
  • Oversee and manage daily construction site activities.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates and address issues to the Project Manager.
  • Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.

The Successful Applicant

The right candidate will have:
  • Commercial Construction Superintendent experience with a GC (5+ years)
  • Experience building ground-up Multi-family projects valued at $15M+
  • Currently holds title of Superintendent
  • Proficiency in reading, analyzing, and interpreting commercial construction plans, drawings, and specifications
  • Good written and communication skills
  • Skilled at negotiation and conflict resolution
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Familiarity with construction/project management
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management (preferred)
  • CPR/First Aid Certified
  • 10-Hour OSHA Construction Safety and Health Certification
  • 30-Hour OSHA (preferred)
  • MA CSL
