Your Responsibilities:
- Monitor progress, comply with quality and schedule requirements, and maintain detailed logs and records
- Perform complex engineering assignments associated with various engineering activities
- Write work instructions, job aids and standard work.
- Write technical specifications for equipment procurement.
- Design tools and equipment to develop and improve manufacturing processes.
- Perform hands on troubleshooting in manufacturing environment.
- Write, maintain and analyze process recipes within several digital environments.
- Compile and assimilate data from various sources, conduct relatively routine operations and tests, prepare reports and develop graphics for presentations.
- Use computer programs to perform various engineering operations, conduct analyses and provide related data and information.
- Participate in, and assist engineers involved in a variety of more complex engineering activities.
- Assignments require application of standard engineering concepts, familiarization with related computer programs, and general understanding of the group's operations in order to provide effective engineering support.
- Requires ability to communicate effectively and resolve routine problems.
- Lead and participate in Kaizen and Process Excellence events using LEAN methodology to continuously improve manufacturing flows and processes.

- Bachelor's Degree in engineering; alternatively, a special combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated accomplishments.
