Location: Hybrid - Pittsburgh, PA

Job Type: Full Time / Long-term Contract

The A.C. Coy company has an opening for a Benefits Assistant. Ideal candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of benefits experience.

Responsibilities
  • Support 401(k) plan administration including reviewing transactions, responding to basic employee questions, preparing annual vesting process reports, and preparing & validating data reports
  • Support health & wellness benefits administration including responding to vendors regarding invoice matters, completing life insurance evidence of insurability tasks, preparing and routing vendor and premium payments, and responding to basic employee questions
  • Update and distribute benefits communication materials
  • Maintain information located in the company's HR system
  • Support open enrollment as needed
Qualifications

Education Required:

  • High School Diploma

Experience Required:

  • 2 years of experience working with 401(k) benefits and health & wellness benefits
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills, including Word and Excel
