The A.C. Coy company has an opening for a Benefits Assistant. Ideal candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of benefits experience.
Responsibilities
- Support 401(k) plan administration including reviewing transactions, responding to basic employee questions, preparing annual vesting process reports, and preparing & validating data reports
- Support health & wellness benefits administration including responding to vendors regarding invoice matters, completing life insurance evidence of insurability tasks, preparing and routing vendor and premium payments, and responding to basic employee questions
- Update and distribute benefits communication materials
- Maintain information located in the company's HR system
- Support open enrollment as needed
Qualifications
Education Required:
- High School Diploma
Experience Required:
- 2 years of experience working with 401(k) benefits and health & wellness benefits
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills, including Word and Excel
