Precise Systems is seeking an experienced Training Coordinator-Specialist, Training III - Sr (MPT Task Support) to serve International Small Combatants Program Office (PMS 525), within PEO Unmanned and Small Combatants (PEO USC). This position is contingent upon contract award. Degree Minimum Requirement: Bachelor's Minimum Years Experience: 15 years Required Specialized Experience: 15+ years applicable work experience in program management and technical analysis for the integration of Manpower, Personnel, and Training (MPT)/ Fleet Introduction (FIT) requirements for the USN shipbuilding programs to include Front End Analyses (FEAs), Required Operational Capabilities (ROC)/ Projected Operational Environment (POE), Preliminary Ship Manning Documents (PSMDs), Crew Sequencing Phasing Plan (CSPP) validations, and Training Plans. Preferred Specialized Experience: Navy background highly preferred. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
