Skills and Experience:
• 2+ years of experience in marketing developing targeted campaigns
• 2+ years experience researching and evaluating media
• 2+ years of experience with creating and curating content and messaging
• Previous experience with CRM management, including contact management, campaign development
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload while managing varying deadlines
• Nice to Have Skills and Experience:
• Experience partnering with a creative agency to develop and deliver both digital and non-digital assets
• 2+ years of experience with managing web presences, social assets, or digital content
• 2+ years of experience with creating and curating content and messaging
• Previous working experience preferably as a Recruitment Marketing Specialist for 2+ year(s),
• In-depth knowledge of employer branding strategies and recruitment marketing
• Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and candidates selection methods
• Hands on experience with recruitment marketing software and Workday
Description:
• We're looking for a long-term, contract Recruitment Marketing Specialist to join our support, coordinate, and lead focused employer brand and attraction strategies to help us increase brand awareness and drive top talent through modern & innovative marketing strategies.
• About the Role
• You'll report directly to the Employer Brand Manager and partner across our recruiting team to develop targeted recruitment strategies and delivering tactical plans that support short and long term hiring goals. Using our Candidate Relationship Management (CRM), you'll help recruiters develop workflows, manage pipelines, and create messaging that nurtures and engages talent; and be able to track results.
• You'll leverage your curiosity to help us stay up to date on media trends; including employee storytelling, media research, and recommendations. You'll use data to track the success of our recruitment marketing while also being able to identify and share learnings that help us explore new ideas to increase brand awareness, talent engagement and candidate experience.
