Pay for this position is $40-$50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. After a 90-day introductory period, employees receive paid vacation and paid holidays, and are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as a 401k with employer match. This position also includes the use of a company vehicle with fuel card.

Minimum Experience Requirements
Qualified candidates should have 10+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience, including at least 4 years of experience as a foreman or superintendent, or in a similar supervisory capacity, overseeing and managing multiple foremen/crews on large construction jobs, or on multiple smaller concurrent jobs. Leadership/supervisory experience on projects in excess of $1 million is preferred.
Physical Requirements
A superintendent may from time to time be asked to spend time working on their tools with their crews, in addition to their administrative and leadership functions. Accordingly, candidates must meet the same physical requirements as other field personnel. Employees must be able to lift 50+ pounds, work from a ladder or scaffold, work overhead, and perform without hindrance activities and tasks that involve repetitive reaching, stretching, squatting, kneeling, crouching, and/or bending. They must also be able to work in varied climate conditions, and should possess good balance, depth perception, eye-hand coordination, and the stamina to perform physically demanding construction work. Above all, a candidate must be able to safely perform the duties and responsibilities normally and reasonably expected of a tradesperson in their position.

Additional Requirements and/or Expectations
- Applicants must possess a High School diploma or GED.
- Applicants must pass a mandatory drug screen and background check.
- Training in an apprenticeship or similar program, or in a trade or technical school is preferred.
- Relevant licenses and/or certifications are preferred.
- Applicants should have excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Applicants must be able to multi-task and work well under time constraints.
- Oversee, coordinate, lay out, and manage the on-site installation of electrical wiring, systems, controls, equipment, and fixtures
- Work in conjunction with project managers and foremen to ensure successful and profitable completion of a project
- Read, understand, and interpret drawings, blueprints, specifications, and other contract documents
- Work with project managers and project engineers in planning and laying out work
- Communication and interface with customers, general contractors, architects, engineers, and other trades
- Direct, train, and mentor foremen and other junior leaders
- Ensure that foremen are effectively implementing and utilizing the company "leader-board" system, and otherwise meeting daily job reporting requirements
- Function as liaison between project manager and jobsite leadership
- Overall project QA/QC
- Effectively lead and manage multiple 6-10 person crews, and direct the work of multiple foremen and/or projects
