Proposal and Presentation Coordinator/Central Florida

POSITION SUMMARY:

Charles Perry Partners, Inc. is seeking a talented Proposal and Presentation Specialist to join our dynamic team! The Proposal and Presentation Specialist is responsible for assisting the department in creating marketing materials for proposal responses, client presentations, project sheets, resumes, tradeshows, award submittals, promotional materials, and other marketing deliverables. This role will also assist with supporting social media activities, videography, photography, promotional merchandise creation, and other creative content.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Two to five years of experience with proposals and presentations
• B.S. in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Graphics background within Adobe Creative Suite is essential
• Demonstrated writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Strong ability to multi-task and pay close attention to detail
• Proficient research skills and verbal and written communication skills
• Previous internship or office marketing/administration experience is preferred

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Participate in project kickoff meetings and provide input on the marketing department schedule
• Provide creative design and graphics for statements of qualifications and proposals
• Write, compile, format, edit, and proofread all production material
• Meet deadlines and ensure timely delivery of proposals
• Participate in ongoing training efforts and career development
