Job Description Summary GE Healthcare is offering an exciting opportunity for a Process Excellence Specialist, will be onsite 100% of the time in our Florence, SC facilities, to collaborate closely with our Delivery and Installation teams to drive significant transformation in our Magnetic Resonance (MR) business. The ideal candidate will contribute to the team's efforts in significantly enhancing delivery and installation processes while effectively collaborating with Initiative leaders and Subject Matter Experts from manufacturing, logistics, mechanical installation, and field service teams. Not open to Sponsorship or OPT for this role Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Responsible for leading the simplification and optimization of the MR delivery and installation process improvement globally, including the following: Identify inefficiencies in current packaging, kitting, loading, and unloading processes using lean methodologies. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and document standard work procedures. Conduct KPI and root cause analysis to facilitate problem-solving and provide feedback to workstream owners. Develop and lead communication, training, and change management sessions for introducing newly acquired capabilities to regional field teams. Collaborate with cross-functional business leaders to ensure aligned and sustainable processes across all regions. Maintaining a customer-centric focus to align actions and roadmaps for creating value for GEHC's customers. Required Qualifications Demonstrated experience collaborating with lean project teams, leveraging strong written and oral communications skills, and using data analysis to identify and drive process improvement opportunities. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or Operations and a minimum of three years of relevant experience working in operations, warehouse operations, or supply chain management; or Associate's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or Operations and a minimum five years of relevant experience working in operations, warehouse operations, or supply chain management. Occasional travel to manufacturing, logistics, or customer locations, including overnight stays, may be necessary. Legal authorization to work in the US is required. Possesses a valid US State Driver's License Desired Qualifications Experience in how large capital pieces of equipment are packaged , shipped and installed. MS Office suite Excellent communication skills and comfortable presenting to Director level stakeholders. Experience with GEMBA, 5 WHY, Root-cause analysis, Standard Work Development, Heijunka Boards.
