What You'll Do: The Talent Acquisition Experience Specialist is an integral part of the talent acquisition team and is responsible for managing the overall talent acquisition process. The role of the Talent Acquisition experience specialist is to ensure that candidates and hiring managers have a positive experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding process. The TA Specialist will manage the requisition process from the initial job posting to the final stages of the hiring process. By providing technical, logistical, and customer service support, the primary focus of this position will be to ensure that the talent acquisition processes and platforms are properly executed, maintained and supported in a manner which exemplifies Panasonics cultural objectives. In conjunction with the overall recruitment team, the specialist will also be responsible for the continuous development of the department’s best practices, ensuring recruitment process innovation. Talent Acquisition Support Schedule complex interviews for talent acquisition team and hiring managers Displays Panasonics culture and employer of choice in every step of the TA process through communications, actions and information provided to candidates Edit job requisitions, route for approval, and assign to appropriate talent acquisition team members Create and maintain job requisition files ensuring that correct EEO information is accurate and properly recorded Post positions to specific job boards, associations, universities, groups, etc.as needed Oversees candidate and new hire travel program and tracks trends, making recommendations for improvements as it relates to candidate experience Prepares offer letters, response letters and other HR related correspondence accurately and on a timely basis Proactively collaborates across departments to create and provide new materials for best in class onboarding experience Manages background process and aligns with HR and legal partners to ensure company guidelines are met for all new hires Source candidates for job requisitions on an as needed basis Assist with talent acquisition projects, presentations, and other HR activities as needed Reporting Create and facilitates the distribution of reporting data surrounding the team recruitment efforts to internal stakeholders Ensures accuracy for all talent acquisition reporting Partner with NEO and HR teams by providing detailed information on new hire starts and ensuring high service levels before, during and post new hire orientations System Administration System administrator providing Tier 1 Support to talent acquisition team on CRM, ATS, and Talent Analytics platforms. Conduct system trainings for new users and to current users on new enhancements or updates Proactively updates and manages the recruiting, interviewing and hiring data in the applicant tracking system Qualifications What You'll Bring: Education and Experience: Bachelors degree in general business or HR, or equivalent work experience 3 plus years experience in HR, talent acquisition or customer success role Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems a plus Problem Solving Know How Superior organizational and attention to detail skills, with the ability to work independently and balancing multiple projects in a large complex corporate environment Customer focus, effective legal compliance and recruiting resource management Proactive approach to support team on all tasks and projects Continuous improvement mind set with proven experience in designing operational processes Communications Excellent relationship and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with executives and professionals at all levels Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with maximum discretion Benefits & Perks - What's In It For You: Panasonic prioritizes total wellbeing.
