Job Description: Assemble electro-mechanical products used in various customer applications by following manufacturing procedures, method sheets, engineering prints, engineers' bills of materials, and other technical documents. This position is responsible for preparing sub-assemblies, final assemblies, and electronic, electrical, and mechanical components, both individually and in their entirety. Key Responsibilities: Assemble individual electro-mechanical components as required. Hold or control components manually during assembly. Perform tasks such as washing, pressure testing, or hand repairs as needed. Work from drawings, blueprints, sketches, verbal or written instructions, work orders, and process sheets. Execute material handling procedures for work order processing and inventory maintenance. Obtain parts and materials as needed to execute material handling procedures. Prepare finished products for shipment or storage as required. Perform alignment or adjustments using various hand tools to meet exact specifications. Maintain personal production and quality standards as defined by supervision. Ensure product quality and quantity meet specifications—inspect work before, during, and after completion. Report defects, scrap, and production issues promptly to the Cell Leader and/or Supervisor. Maintain records and other required documentation. Follow all safety regulations and maintain a clean and orderly work area. Cross-train and assist in other assembly areas as needed. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; 1-3 years of manufacturing experience or relevant training preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to perform a variety of assembly and soldering operations manually. Manual dexterity to manipulate small parts. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 20-50 lbs occasionally, 10-25 lbs frequently, and up to 10 lbs constantly. Must be able to stand or sit for extended periods, up to 8 hours a day. Requires good manual dexterity and visual acuity. Ability to use a variety of hand tools and calibrated measuring equipment, including but not limited to: calipers, plug gauges, drop indicators, force gauges, torque screwdrivers, oscilloscopes, dial gauges, torque wrenches, micrometers, and PMT manufacturing measuring equipment. May be exposed to industrial cleaning chemicals and oils. Additional Information: Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
