Requirement:
  • Customize Oracle FAW as per client needs.
  • Partnering with reporting and analytics stakeholders to build HCM Analytics on OAC (Oracle Analytics Cloud).
  • Participation in each phase of FAW HCM module (e.g., requirements gatpersonring, planning-analysis-design, architect-build-deploy, support)Strong grasp of core data warehouse concepts and design paradigms.
  • Solid understanding of Oracle's analytics offerings including Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), and Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW).
  • Demonstrated abilities: defining systems strategy, developing requirements, designing, and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions.
  • Certified as Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse Solution Engineer Specialist.
  • Should have experience working with Oracle team on Product bugs.
  • Should have experience working with Oracle on FAW patching and post patching validation.
  • Knowledgeable of Agile Concepts and Toolsets (Sprint Planning, User Stories, and/or Jira, etc.)Strong understanding of company and Industry standards and best practices in all areas of technology delivery.
  • Ability to effectively interface with all departments within an organization and IT.
