You are looking to grow your marketing experience in a dynamic and fun environment and enjoy working with energetic colleagues who support one another’s success and development.The Director, Global Asthma HCP Marketing will report to the Global Asthma Lead, and will be a key member of the Global Dupixent Asthma Team who will work closely with other marketing team members responsible for various aspects of the marketing mix. We chase the miracles of science every single day, pursuing progress to make a real impact on millions of patients around the world.Main Responsibilities:Develop a comprehensive understanding of the disease state, the competitive landscape and the overall market to develop high-impact and differentiating market conditioning strategies/tactics that align to brand strategic imperativesLead the Global Asthma Marketing team in developing and implementing a comprehensive, cross-functional brand plan, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with marketing objectivesCo-lead the review of affiliate brand plans to ensure alignment to global strategy, while maintaining market nuances to reach business goalsUncover customer insights through market research and key market interactionsLead the development and execution of core marketing tactics (personal and non-personal) including development with agency partners, approval through JRC review, and launch to affiliatesDevelop a comprehensive understanding of the disease state, the competitive landscape and the overall market to develop high-impact and differentiating market conditioning strategies/tacticsLead the management of the HCP Marketing budgetContribute to effective working relationships with key external customersAbout YouExperience:At least 10 years of in-line brand strategy and tactical marketing experience in pharmaceuticalsDemonstrated experience in working with Regulatory, Legal, and Medical in a solutions-based partnership Marketing experience with a demonstrated ability to work with various customer segments, developing marketing strategies and ensuring tactical executionUnderstanding of launching initiatives, including strategic and operational requirementsPrior success driving cross-functional workstreams towards a common goal and ensuring execution on-budget and on-time, leveraging excellent project and process management skillsDemonstrated ability to communicate innovative science in an easy to understand and compelling way (internally, externally), leveraging excellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to both “think strategically” and manage execution detailsSoft skills:Excellent interpersonal skills to negotiate, communicate, present, persuade a point of viewHigh level of personal and professional integrity and trustworthiness with strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal directionA competitive mindset that thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic market environmentAbility to interact widely and effectively with co-promote partnerAbility to work in cross-cultural environmentsEducation: B.S./B.A. degree / MBA preferredWhy Choose Us?
