This is achieved by offering programs that provide reimbursement and logistics support, financial assistance, and patient education. In addition to the program offerings, the PSS organization is also home to field teams that provide education and support to patients and customers.As the Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives – Adherence in the Patient Support Services (PSS) function, you will be responsible for driving the development, planning, and execution of strategic initiatives focused on patient adherence including both personal and non-personal tactics. The personal tactics will include the development of nurse-based strategy and corresponding interventions. Reporting to the Head of Evolution & Strategy, this position will lead cross-functional teams in the successful implementation of these initiatives, monitor their progress, and evaluate their impact to ensure alignment with the company's broader strategic goals.We are an innovative global healthcare company, committed to transforming the lives of people with immune challenges, rare diseases and blood disorders, cancers, and neurological disorders. We chase the miracles of science every single day, pursuing progress to make a real impact on millions of patients around the world.Main Responsibilities:Strategic Initiative ExecutionCollaborate closely with senior leadership to execute strategic initiatives related to patient adherence programs.Develop personal intervention, including strategy and implementation of nurse based resources.Provide strategic guidance and leadership to ensure that initiatives are aligned with the company’s objectives and patient support goals.Cross-Functional and Collaborative LeadershipCollaborate with PSS Therapeutic areas on applicable adherence strategies and interventions. Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams in the planning and implementation of adherence workstreams.Ensure that all teams are aligned and working towards common goals, facilitating effective communication and collaboration across functions.Collaborate with partners across the Evolution & Strategy team to ensure seamless integration in the Sanofi PSS ecosystem.Program Monitoring and EvaluationMonitor and evaluate the success of adherence and AI interventions programs, using data and analytics to assess their impact.Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Innovation and Continuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities for innovation within adherence, including personal and non-personal tactics, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.Drive continuous improvement efforts, ensuring that the company’s patient support services remain at the forefront of industry best practices.About YouBasic Qualifications:BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.7 or more years of experience in pharmaceutical product launches, patient support services, or a related field within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.Experience in patient support services, product launch strategy, or a related area within the pharmaceutical industry.Preferred Qualifications:Advanced degree (MBA or clinical degree, etc.) preferredExperience with patient adherence programs, including nurse capabilities.Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.Experience with advanced and predictive analytics and their application within healthcare or pharmaceutical environments.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and evaluate program success effectively.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and work across all levels of the organization.Why Choose Us?
